It seems like several actors, particularly right as their career begins to sky-rocket, suddenly find an interest in doing Broadway. The latest celebrity, Kristen Bell, says she would love to do Broadway. She states that she has done some shows back in New York and would love if another oppurtunity would come her way. However, her schedule has her tied down to say the least. With Couples Retreat and Astro Boy having just been released and several other projects in the works, don’t plan on seeing Bell onstage anytime soon. At 29, she gets mature role in Couples Retreat but lends voice to teen in Astro Boy. Kristen Bell may be the only woman in Hollywood who is actually trying to age herself. At 29, she still looks like a teen. You’d definitely card her. Most people first got to know her as a high-school detective in the title role of TV’s Veronica Mars from 2004 to 2007. She was already in her 20s then. In the recent comedy hit Couples Retreat, opposite Vince Vaughn and Jason Bateman, the actress has gotten to mature a bit – playing a woman who after a number of years of marriage has problems because of her inability to conceive. |

I came across x37 new outtakes of our beautiful Bell’s Cosmopolitan photoshoot from earlier this year. This made an extremely happy start to my day since I absolutely love Kristen’s more natural sets like this. She looks so gorgeous, fresh and smiley. Kristen Bell is in a lot of pain these days. “I’ve started dance rehearsals and my neck is sore and my inner thighs are so sore,” Bell told me at last night’s Vanity Fair-hosted launch of Guess?’s new T-shirt benefiting Invisible Children. No, the actress is not training for a stint on Dancing With the Stars. She’s getting ready to start shooting Burlesque, director Steve Antin’s upcoming drama in which she and Christina Aguilera costar as rivals at a Hollywood burlesque club owned by a former dancer played by Cher. Rounding out the cast is Twilight stud Cam Gigandet, Julianne Hough and Stanley Tucci. |
