D3Publisher has announced that Astro Boy: The Video Game will feature the voice talents of Freddie Highmore and Kristen Bell – both actors will reprise their onscreen voiced roles of Astro Boy (Highmore), and Cora (Bell) in a video game that will take players on an epic adventure to save Metro City from the clutches of evil. Astro Boy: The Video Game will be available in UK retail stores for Wii, PS2, DS and PSP to coincide with Summit Entertainment’s nationwide domestic release of the movie on 5th February 2010.
Kristen Bell is engaged to Dax Shepard, her rep confirms to UsMagazine.com exclusively. Congratulations to the adorable couple!
Shepard, 35, proposed over the holidays, a source tells Us. Bell, 29, debuted her ring on the red carpet of the Grammys Sunday night. The couple first stepped out publicly in January 2008.
Despite her fame, Kristen Bell is still mistakenly recognized as another famous person. To OK Magazine, the “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” star shared she was recently mistaken for Tiger Woods’ wife Elin Nordegren. She opened up about the matter when asked the last time she was mistaken for. “Yesterday. No, I am not Tiger Woods’ wife, but, yes, he is in trouble,” so she claimed.
During the interview, the narrator of “Gossip Girl” also revealed that the last meal she would eat before she died was Burrata. “I would like to drown in a tub of Burrata,” she explained. When it came to the last time she was in Rome however, she said, “I have the moped-exhaust-pipe scar on my leg to prove it,” she said.
Asked about the last time she enjoyed a girls’ night out, the “Couples Retreat” actress recalled the time she spent time with her sisters. “We didn’t go out, but I did just play an intense game of Bananagrams with my sisters…till the wee, small hours of the morning,” she recalled

We’re not sure at what point the former star of teen show Veronica Mars and narrator of Gossip Girl Kristen Bell became one of the sexiest stars in Hollywood, but 2009 was definitely a good year for the 29-year-old actress. Adored by gay men, loved by women and idolized by straight men from L.A. to Portland, Maine, Kristen Bell is the 21st century answer to the “girl next door.” She’s sexy yet approachable, seductive yet down-to-earth, and films like Forgetting Sarah Marshall prove that the girl also has an awesome sense of humor. The former Heroes actress won’t disappoint her male audiences in 2010 with roles in the movies When in Rome and Burlesque.
Stars walked the red carpet at the 2010 Golden Globes in the rain, but that certainly didn’t dampen their fashion choices.
Standouts include Avatar star Zoe Saldana and the upcoming When in Rome star Kristen Bell. As usual, our favorite female celebs donned glittering gowns borrowed from many a designer — but only some stars shined in their duds.

Samantha Harris positively glowed in this plunging orange ruffled gown by Ina Soltani. Zoe Saldana stuns in this gorgeous layered ruffly Louis Vuitton gown (at right).
It’s fun, age appropriate and elegant all at once.
Courteney Cox looked anything but boring in black. Her curve-hugging, floor-sweeping double crepe gown with a glittery embroidered belt was designed by Victoria Beckham!
Emily Blunt looked sweet and sexy at once in a strapless pink tulle and chiffon gown with ruffle detail by Dolce and Gabbana.
We just wish she spent as much time on her hair as she did choosing her outfit.
Kristen Bell kept it sleek and simple in a snowy white cocktail length Jasmine di Milo dress with a figure flattering knot detail at the waist.

Simmons (Spider-Man). Enbom noted that David Wain (Role Models) is directing one episode, while his fellow The State alum Marino is directing the season finale.
LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) — It looks like “Veronica Mars” won’t be heading to the big screen.
“No,” creator Rob Thomas told me when I asked if the much-ballyhooed movie project is ever going to happen. “I would write it if anyone would finance it. If anyone’s interested in making that movie I am available, Kristen’s [Bell] available. I would love to do it. I think the closest we came was Joel [Silver] pushing it at Warner Bros. and they didn’t bite. It has sort of gone away.”
Thomas was at the TCA Winter Press Tour on Saturday as part of Starz’s promotional efforts for the second season of “Party Down” where I managed to snag a few minutes of his time following the panel.
“I get Google Alerts on ‘Veronica Mars‘ and I see this non-stop sort of messaging about the movie,” he continued. “And I’ve heard things, like I read an interview [where] I think Kristen’s telling people I have written the script. I have a treatment, I don’t have a script. So she shouldn’t have jumped the gun on that but I am ready to write a script.”
The winter months bring lots of cold and snow, but they also bring one of music’s most glamorous nights – The Grammy’s! The star-studded line-up for the show has been announced, and we’ve got the scoop on who will be presenting on January 31 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles (and it’s going to be good!)
Taking the stage this year to present awards will be (drum roll, please) Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers — to name a few. Joining those A-listers will be Ke$ha, Kristen Bell, Jeff Bridges and Josh Duhamel and musicians Norah Jones, Ricky Martin, Carlos Santana and ex-Beatle Ringo Starr. Other previously announced performers and nominees are Bon Jovi, Green Day, Lady Antebellum, Maxwell, P!nk and the Zac Brown Band.

It seems like several actors, particularly right as their career begins to sky-rocket, suddenly find an interest in doing Broadway. The latest celebrity, Kristen Bell, says she would love to do Broadway. She states that she has done some shows back in New York and would love if another oppurtunity would come her way. However, her schedule has her tied down to say the least. With Couples Retreat and Astro Boy having just been released and several other projects in the works, don’t plan on seeing Bell onstage anytime soon. Of course, if she mananges to find some free time, you all know where to find her!
