More projects fro Kristen Bell right now, according to VGM.com she is the voice in a video game.
Assasin’s Creed is the name of the game, and Kristen Bell is the voice.
Ubisoft has announced that the Veronica Mars star has lent her likeness to the upcoming video game. Bell is a self-proclaimed gamer and considered the opportunity her “chance to be a part of video game history.” She’s happy to “branch out and try another entertainment medium.”
Other recent credits for the actress include narration for Gossip Girl as well as roles in Deadwood and the upcoming Fanboys movies.
Bell’s spot in Assasin’s Creed hasn’t been revealed, but concept images prove that the developers from Ubisoft Montreal have succeeded in recreating the rising star in digital format.
The game is rated M for Mature by the ESRB and is scheduled for a November 13 launch on Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Sony’s PlayStation 3.
Kristen made her first appearance in Heroes last week, here’s an article about her role as Elle. I found it over at Detroit Free Press.
Kristen Bell is ready to give ‘em Elle on “Heroes.”
The charisma queen — who suffused “Veronica Mars” with her sly wit as the coolest teen detective since Nancy Drew — takes a walk on the supernatural dark side when she joins the cast of the hit superhero odyssey at 9 tonight on NBC.
“She’s a very fierce and intense personality,” says Huntington Woods native Bell, speaking of mysterious Elle, her new prime-time alter ego.
Did you guys now? Kristen is single now, accordning to People.com she and Kevin Mann have broken up.
Kristen Bell can expect some hair-raising experiences as a new member of the cast of NBC’s Heroes this season – but what frightens the actress in real life is the singles scene.
“Dating is scary,” Bell, 27, tells PEOPLE while also revealing that she and her boyfriend, film producer Kevin Mann, recently broke up.
Being on her own does offer certain advantages, the former Veronica Mars star also says. For one thing, it leaves time for some healthy introspection.
“When you are single, you’ve got to be accountable,” she explains while enjoying the brand new Elie Tahari boutique inside Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. “You wake up in the morning and go to bed at night thinking about who you really are. It’s good. But dating is scary.”
Should she start to feel lonely, Bell has an entire group of new friends to contend with: the tight-knit Heroes cast, with whom she’s already enjoyed some after-hours fun.
“We went bowling two weekends ago. Jack Coleman organized a big bowling extravaganza,” Bell says. “They are just a really nice group of normal people, and I love them. I couldn’t have imagined a warmer welcome.”
Kristen will continue as the narrator Gossip Girl in the new tv-show ‘Gossip Girl’. I found this article over at TVFodder.com.
To all you readers who picked “Gossip Girl” as the first to fail in our fall TV Deathpool — well, there’s always next year. The CW just announced the pick up of “Gossip Girl” for an entire season.
Besides earning its place on The CW’s schedule, “Gossip Girl” also wins the distinct honor of being the first new series to be picked up this season. The Futon Critic reports “Girl” has pulled in an average of 3 million viewers so far. According to the website, the show is also very popular on unconventional platforms, like DVR and iTunes. Almost 21 percent more women recorded and watched the show later, as opposed to those who watched it live.
“Gossip Girl” stars Blake Lively (from “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”) as party girl/prep schooler Serena van der Woodsen, who returns to her school one year after mysteriously leaving. Kristen Bell, formerly of “Veronica Mars,” narrates as the elusive blogger, Gossip Girl.
Here’s a gossip article from OK! Magazine.
It was a star-studded opening night on Oct. 6 for the L.A. Kings hockey team, but the players on the ice weren’t the only ones squabbling. When OK! caught up to Heroes stars and newly connected-at-the-hip gal pals Kristen Bell and Hayden Panetierre at the Staples Center for the after-party, there seemed to be some feuding going on.
The cause of the tension? “I’m a St. Louis Blues fan!” confessed Kristen to OK!, referring to the team that had just beaten the hometown favorites 5-3 earlier in the evening.
“I kept telling her during the game,” Hayden told OK!. “‘I hope someone hears you and beats you up!”
Luckily for both lovely ladies, there were no fisticuffs in the stands, and everyone ended the night unscathed.
As for rumors of Hayden’s romance with her other co-star, Milo Ventimiglia, one eyewitness tells OK! that there may be less to these stories than meets the eye. “They sat together in the front row through the whole third period,” the witness explains to OK!, “but everything seemed very brother/sister.”
Is Kristen joining another movie now? There are rumors that she will be playing Kaley in Mnemovore. I found these news over at SlashFilm.com.
Mnemovore creator Hans Rodionoff had a treat for fans attending the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival in Portland this weekend, as he unveiled 10 minutes of footage from a proposed big screen adaptation of his six-issue comic book series.
It wasn’t a low budget effort, the short reel featured Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars, Heroes) in the lead role. Rodionoff will be directing the film based on his own screenplay. Rodionoff also confirmed that Guillermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth) is officially on board as Executive Producer. Apparently Rodionoff filmed the demo reel at the behest of del Toro in order to demonstrate his abilities as a film director. Rodionoff made his filmmaking debut with the no-budget Troma horror comedy Sucker.
Is our girl gonna do some rocking and rolling. According to TV Cocktail are rumors that Kristen is starting a band with Clark Duke.
Listen up Kristen Bell lovers: Not only will you get to see your favorite Veronica Mars’ star on the upcoming season of Heroes, but you’ll also get to hear her do some hardcore rocking out.
She’s starting a band with Clark Duke, who is on my favorite new guilty pleasure show, Greek. Hey, something had to replace my love for all things 7th Heaven. Clark plays this super nerdy kid named Dale, who abhors all things fraternity.
People.com had an article and video with Masi Oka talking about Kristen. Is there something going on there or what?
Could there be romance brewing on the Heroes set? If Ellen DeGeneres has her way, there would be. During an interview on Friday, the talk show host gently grilled Heroes star Masi Oka, 32, about his Emmy date – and new costar – Kristen Bell.
“Is there a little something going on?” DeGeneres inquired about their relationship.
